AIR Credit Reporting

 

 

TO PULL AN INFILE

1. Run Calyx Point for Windows by double-clicking it’s icon.

 

 

 2. Add a new Calyx Point for Windows Borrower/Prospect,

OR open an existing Borrower/Prospect (then move to step #5.)

 

 

 

 

 

 

3. If entering a new Borrower/Applicant, fill in the applicable borrower information:
Name
SSN
Mailing Address – The mailing address fields are on the lower right hand side of the screen.

 

 

 

4. After filling in the required information, click on FILE, type a name for the record, then click SAVE to save this new record.

 

 

 

5. Next click FILE then move down to EXPORT TO then OTHER APP (using export template). Select xpert.exp and click OK.

6. Click OK on the File Export Message.

 

 

 

7. Choose which repository(ies) to pull the information from by clicking on the down arrow underneath "PRODUCT" and click "Go".

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

8. After the Xpert software has finished exporting the data, and all activity has stopped, Click on File, then move down to Import From, then Other App (using Import Template).  Then choose Xpert.imp and click OK. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Highlight the name of the borrower file you exported, and click ok.  This will import the liabilities into Calyx.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

9.   To  view   liabilities clicks on "Forms,"   then  move to "Loan Application,"   then "Page 2." Scroll to the bottom and view the liabilities by clicking "Show All".

TO PULL AN RMCR (Full Factual)

 

1. Run the Xpert Client from it’s shortcut and click PROCESS to retrieve the RMCR.

2. Follow these steps to reverse-link the RMCR into Point for Windows:
Open Point for Windows and click on the FIND tab then the BORROWER button, choose by last name. Leave the second field blank and click OK.
Select borrower name from the list and click OK. Choose name of test file and click OK.

3. Select menu choice FILE then IMPORT FROM then OTHER APP (using export template). Select Xpert.imp and click on OK.

4. Select menu choice FORMS then LOAN APPLICATION then PAGE 2.

5. Scroll to the bottom and view the liabilities by clicking "Show All".
