AIR Credit Reporting

Flood Certification Interface

Purpose: This document will show AIR clients step-by-step how to use the Xpert Client to receive Cigna Flood Zone reports.

Step 1.        Open the Xpert Client icon located on your desktop and log in.

Step 2.        Click on the  tab and then click on the  button to begin a new report.  A Flood Determination can easily be pulled on a single applicant.  The Request Type field should say Individual.  AIR Flood reports can also be pulled using a co-applicant.  In this case, the Request Type field should say Joint.

**Note: Existing AIR infiles can be converted to an AIR Flood report by changing the Product selection and entering the proper information within the  tab (see Steps 6, 7 and 8).

Step 3.        The following fields must be completely filled in:

a.                 Last Name

b.                 First Name

c.                  Social Security #

d.                 Current Address (Flood Zone Determination)

e.                 City

f.                   State

g.                 Zip

Step 4.        Click on the Product selection window and change the type to CFLOOD.

Step 5.        At this point you should have completed all steps necessary within the  tab.

Step 6.        Next, click on the  tab

Step 7.        Here you only populate the Property Address area with the Address, City, State and Zip of the location from which the Flood Certification is to be pulled.

Step 8.        Click on the  button located in the button group on the right hand side of the Xpert Client window.

Step 9.        The final step is to click on the  button.  The Xpert Client will now dial out to AIR and retrieve the desired Flood Determination report.
