AIR Appraisal Services, Inc. is 100% EDI/Digital.  Our EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) capabilities allow us to transmit data directly to your CPU or interface through the Internet in total confidentiality.  Our Appraisal Tracking System links our appraisers to the system so that appraisal orders and daily status reports can be tracked throughout the appraisal process.  This system offers you, the customer, the AIR advantage of tomorrow�s reporting methods, TODAY!

Customer Service - The Process  

When Service Means Everything!

 

 

Appraisal Order Requests are accepted through fax or phone orders.  Orders are then assigned to a designated area, an AIR file number and appraiser.  Confirmation Reports indicating the appraisal requests received for that day will be sent via fax-serve to you at the end of each workday.  

Appraisal Coordinators and Customer Service Representatives will be available to electronically track the status of your reports throughout the appraisal process and take orders over the telephone throughout the business day.  

The Appraisal staff acknowledges the importance of complete and accurate follow-up.  Tracking Status reports will be forwarded to you on a daily basis.
